24×7 Monitoring

All servers include 24×7 proactive monitoring (at 1 minute intervals) to ensure the highest levels of service availability. Should a problem arise, software, hardware, or network related we are informed immediately and begin to take action.

Our monitoring technology will additionally alert us of symptoms that may eventually lead to more significant problems, thereby allowing us to proactively resolve them in advance, avoiding many issues altogether.

Common services monitored include, but are not limited to:

  • Disk usage (e.g. /home, /tmp, /var, etc.)
  • Email services
